Book Freelancer Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Book Freelancer mobile application website and services. By accessing or using Book Freelancer you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. Scope of Services

Book Freelancer is a digital platform that connects users with independent service providers freelancers and agencies. We do not provide services directly and do not act as an employer agent or contractor for any user.

• Users may browse post and respond to service listings
• Service providers may publish offerings and receive inquiries
• All agreements and transactions occur directly between users

2. User Eligibility

To use Book Freelancer you must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the platform you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Certain features require account creation. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity conducted under their account.

• Providing accurate registration and profile information

• Keeping account details up to date

4. Platform Usage and Conduct

You agree to use Book Freelancer responsibly and not engage in any activity that may harm the platform or other users.

• No fraudulent misleading or deceptive behavior

• No circumvention of platform safeguards or moderation

5. Listings and Content

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy legality and quality of the listings and content they post.

• All content must be truthful and lawful
• Images and media must be owned or properly licensed
• Book Freelancer may remove content that violates these Terms

6. Payments and Financial Transactions

Book Freelancer does not process payments between users. Any payment for services is handled directly between the involved parties outside of the platform. Book Freelancer is not responsible for payment disputes refunds or financial arrangements.

7. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain features may be offered as paid subscriptions or premium services. Fees subscription terms and conditions will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All applicable fees are non refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Cancellations and Disputes

Book Freelancer does not mediate disputes between users. Any disagreements regarding services payments or cancellations must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including trademarks logos design elements and software is owned by Book Freelancer or its licensors. Users may not copy distribute or reuse platform content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Book Freelancer is provided on an as is basis. We are not liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use including service quality disputes financial loss or user interactions.
